“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”

“It was nice, my only complain is that there is a policy of zero alcoholic beberages in the rooms, and in case you drink any they will put a big fine on you. Thats really weird for a place like this. Also light is not so good in the aisles or corridors, and there are big plants and stairs to some of the rooms as they are like one room over another, at least at my floor, so it could be dificult for old or disabled people”
