Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese) to answer any questions about the apartment or the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally greet you upon your arrival, guide you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay to assist with any needs. At check-out, the concierge will be there to see you off and ensure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct chat, for fast and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for, ensuring your stay with DesenzanoLoft is as pleasant as possible.The check-in time for the CO2 Apartment is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. For arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a 50.00 E surcharge applies. The apartment is subject to a security deposit of 200 E, payable in cash at check-in or by credit card. If paid by credit card, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 business days, provided no damages are found.
