As the day moves on, splash around in the pool with our two sun shelves perfect for kids and in-pool tanning or relax with friends in the hot mineral spa. Find a comfortable spot under the gazebo to catch up with an old friend or read a book. If the mood strikes, putt around the 3-hole putting green, team up for a game of Bocce Ball, or test your throwing arm with ladder golf or cornhole.

Anyone getting hungry? Cook up a meal in a fully-appointed kitchen, or show off your award-winning BBQ skills outside on a 6-burner natural-gas grill. There’s dining for 8 inside or out depending on the occasion.

And when the sun sets, you can take in the views of the San Jacinto and San Bernardino Mountain ranges, or simply enjoy the stars from a heated spa or around a cozy fire pit.

If you’re craving a family game night, we offer board games to suit everyone’s tastes. Or maybe you’d rather binge your favorite new show? The Emerald Palms offers three, 65-inch Smart TVs for everyone's streaming pleasure. We also provide free HIGH-SPEED WI-FI and even a work area if you need to send-off that last minute email.

Instructions for spa use are posted or can be requested through messaging.
Depending on outside temperature, spa may take anywhere from
25-50 minutes to reach temperature.

OPTIONAL FEE - $125 daily pool/spa heating fee to 83/102 degrees.
OPTIONAL FEE - $35 Spa only daily heating fee to 102 degrees.

NOTE: Gas prices have continually increased and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let us know at least 24hrs in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Other things to note

SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
("Waiver & Release")

By utilizing the swimming pool amenities (“pool”), you will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, and waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages, loss, or death which you, your family members, guests, invitees, and licensees (collectively, “Pool Area Users”) might sustain as a result of using any and all amenities connected with the pool.

I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide by the rules of the pool (“Pool Rules”). I understand that the landlord—its officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, “Landlord”)—retains the right to restrict access to the pool for failure to comply with the Pool Rules.

WARNING:
There are obvious known dangers inherent in swimming activities. For example: physical injury, and in some cases, death.

I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In exchange for the Landlord allowing me to voluntarily utilize the pool, I understand and agree to:

Assume and accept all risks arising out of, associated with, or related to my and the Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even if such risks are caused by the negligence of the Landlord.

Be solely responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while using the pool, even if caused by the negligence of the Landlord.

Indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord from any and all claims, demands, actions, liability, or costs—including attorneys’ fees—which might arise out of my or the Pool Area Users’ use of the pool, even if caused by the Landlord’s negligence.

This waiver:

a) Has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have—past, present, or future; known or unknown; anticipated or unanticipated—arising out of pool use.
b) Constitutes a complete release, discharge, and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against the Landlord.
c) Applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death suffered by me or the Pool Area Users, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others.
d) Is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death, personal injury, or property damage suffered while using the pool.
e) Is binding on me, my spouse, heirs, personal representatives, assigns, children, and any guardian ad litem for said children.

II. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool:

I have read this Waiver & Release and understand its contents.

I understand this Waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive.

This Waiver & Release is governed by the laws of the State of California.

If any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.

The venue for any legal proceedings shall be the County of Los Angeles, State of California.

BOOKING THIS PROPERTY IS CONFIRMATION that I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers associated with using the pool, the warning of risks, the assumption of risk, and the Waiver & Release of all claims. I voluntarily choose to use the pool.

PACKAGES
- Please DO NOT have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to mailboxes and cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.

Maintenance Schedule - All guests will be informed 24 hours ahead.
- Weekly pool cleaning occurs every Tuesdays and Fridays.
- Weekly gardening service occurs every Friday.
- Pest Control performed once a month.
