Great Beachfront Getaway for Small Families

The direct beach access was far more convenient than other places we’ve stayed in the past. Having multiple pools to choose from was a huge bonus, and the on-site café made breakfast and lunch super easy. The condo was as-listed and came well equipped with everything we may have needed. This spot was perfect for our family, and we’ll definitely be coming back for our next vacation!

Great Beach

We loved our stay at Pelican Beach. The booking, communication, check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been easier. The location is perfect. You can walk to most of what you’ll need, or have a short drive to the best restaurants and entertainment spots. But the real star of this show is the beach - you won’t want to leave!

Absolutely loved staying here! Security was wonderful and made you feel safe with little ones. My mother in law is particular about cleanliness and said it was the cleanest place she’s ever stayed. Can’t wait to come back and would recommend to friends and family!

Long weekend getaway

Overall we had a nice trip for the short amount of time we were visiting. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the beach service booking the wrong days for our chairs and one of the pools was closed for maintenence. But other than that, the condo itself was nice and very clean. The owner was quick to respond to questions and any issues that arose.

Perfect vacation spot

This was our first time to Destin and we were amazed with our fantastic condo. The kitchen had everything we needed the rooms were great and the views from the balcony were perfect. Yavuz is a wonderful host helping with information and recommendations. Really appreciated the beach chairs. Highly recommend this property and will be returning in the future.

Beautiful one-bedroom condo on the beach

Located on the third floor, stunning views from the balcony were complemented by the soothing sound of the waves. The condo was spacious and well-decorated, featuring a cozy bedroom and a convenient bunk bed area for extra guests. With two bathrooms, it made getting ready a breeze, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy meals with a view. Mothers Day Getaway

This was a quick stay for Mother’s Day weekend and it was perfect! We especially appreciated the balcony view and complimentary beach toys and boogey boards to use during the stay. The unit was very clean, well stocked with starter amenities, and the location is fantastic. We really enjoyed the pools and the beach. The view from the unit was spectacular. The host was in touch to check on us, which was appreciated. Checkin was easy and quick. We would definitely rebook.

Convenient and scenic

Our family of four had a wonderful time enjoying the beach, the three pools and snacking on pulled pork nachos. The Pelican Beach Resort had everything we could have wanted in a convenient location. This unit has beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. We watched dolphins jumping the waves every morning. Things were clean, ready and organized. The third floor was ideal because the elevators get busy fast, so a quick walk up the stairs beat the crowds. We’d be happy to stay again. Recommend.

Great Home Away

Unit is very comfortable and well kept; has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Being on 3rd floor made using stairs a great alternative to waiting for the elevator ( and made for ease when a fire evacuation was ordered one afternoon). Unit is high enough for great unobstructed gulf views of both sunrises and sunsets, and enough above the gulf pool to enjoy patio privacy. Property grounds are well maintained and very clean. Property Lobby and elevator areas felt a bit worn and in need of updating. One of the elevators out of commission and wires above the elevator exposed on floor 3. Call buttons not lit when pushed. Fire doors on floors do not stay shut. Those items not in control of this great property owner but hopefully on the winter maintenance list for the Pelican property in general. Would stay again
