Awesome place

We are so thankful we stayed here. The weather ended up not being so great while we were there for a week. So we stayed in a lot. This house was so clean, smells new, and very nicely decorated. It’s in a GREAT location. The pool is nice. Very sweet neighbors and a spacious relaxing balcony.

A little piece of paradise

The layout of this two-story townhouse was perfect for our family visit with pets. Privacy for bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of shared and well-organized space to play games, cook, dine and watch TV. We especially enjoyed the balcony. Close to beaches access and shopping. One request: upgrade to firmer mattresses. t

Loved the location! The condo was beautifully decorated very clean . Kitchen had everything needed. It’s a short walk to beach but we did rent a golf cart to get around . Easy walk to Destin commons if you like to shop also whole foods there too! It was perfect!

This property was fantastic, it had everything you needed, fully equipped and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants! The only negative for us was the stairs to the second level as we are in our late 70s, for younger folks it would not be a problem.

Perfect!!

The property was spotless! The kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked with supplies and towels. It was a little bit of a walk to the public beach but the wagon and chairs provided made it totally worth it! We also loved the spacious community pool. It was also awesome to be able to have our furry friends with us with a very spacious dog park a few feet away. The folks from the property always answered very quickly. I would not change a thing!

Very nice place to stay. It had all the things we needed in the kitchen to cook.We didnt need the baby items but came with high chair,gate,and playpen so that families with babies wouldn't have to bring. It came with beach chairs and cart to make going to the easier.The neighbors beside us were super nice and had such beautiful flowers on the porch. So we got to watch hummingbirds while having our morning coffee. beach easier

Property is as described in the listing. My family stayed a month and it was very relaxing…neighbors are nice and friendly. Pros: Property was clean and walkable to the beach. Maintenance was responsive the one time needed. Good location and close to pretty much anything you need. Cons: The beds were not the best and should be upgraded. Pool is only 4.5’ deep but probably because of liability reasons. I would stay again.

Great Condo in a Wonderful Location

We were very impressed with the condo -- particularly how quiet the neighborhood is and how free of all the traffic that tends to be so ever-present in the Destin area. While the beach is a bit of a walk, the accessibility of public beach access is a huge plus. If you want to get a spot early, you can park at one of the nearby public beach access points and avoid that walk. The condo is comfortable and well-apportioned. We couldn't find a grill (there is none) or the beach chairs (in the garage inside the closet). When contacted the local property manager, they responded quickly and resolved the issue. Big plus! One suggestion is to buy some new non-stick pans for cooking. The surfaces of both the small and larger non-stick pans in the condo are very degraded. Therefore, a lot of material sticks to the pans and must be cleaned, which is almost impossible to do given the amount of residue on the pans. This also a health issue since non-stick pans should be replaced every year or so due to their coating being a suspected carcinogen. I'm always surprised that people keep these pans so long after they have obviously lost their non-stick properties and no longer function as they should.

Place was clean, well stocked and very spacious. 15min walk to the beach. If driving usually need to be at beach by 9am. Or use the Passport app and pay $5 for 5hrs.The pool is not heated but warmed quickly. Multiple good restaurants within a couple of blocks.

Great property. So well stocked! Everything worked well. We appreciated the wagon and the 4 beach chairs! Didn’t have to bring our own. It’s not a bad walk to the beach. 2.5 blocks from beach

We brought bikes and rode to beach. Renting a golf cart woulve been more fun. Driving not really option for parking at beach. All necessary shop/food stores across street/hwy. Complex is super clean. Very pet friendly but animal quiet. Maybe hd one resident playing loud music but no big. Rental has bedrooms downstairs so if you have you g kids, may be uncomfy w that since there are doors outside to those rooms. Rental is well equipped.

Cute modern townhome near beach

This property was decorated super cute. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of dishes, wine glasses, crockpot, etc. The 2nd level deck was a nice place to drink coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The A/C worked great, This property was in close walking distance to a beautiful beach. We appreciated the wagon with the four chairs. You can easily rent an umbrella for the day on Crystal Beach. The master bedroom was large with a large walk-in closet and bathroom. A few minor suggestions would be to put a ceiling fan in the third bedroom with the bunks for air circulation. Also instructions for the cable/tv remotes. It took me a little bit to figure out. The wifi worked great. I appreciated the fact that the property was dog friendly. Would definately stay her again.

Impeccable Residence--Highly Recommend Love Rentals
