Wonderful location for this beach rental. Immaculately clean, comfy beds, lots of places to lounge while watching a movie, amazing view with daily dolphin sightings. The beach wasn't crowded and there was beach service available directly outside of the building. There was construction on site but only during working hours and generally not loud at all.

Out of the dozens of rentals we've done in Destin, this is probably the cleanest unit we've ever rented. We had one problem with the unit that was taken care of very quickly by the management. Would rent again.

We had a wonderful time. It was Spring Break so our kids had several friends traveling to Destin. The views from the condo are spectacular.. especially watching the dolphins. Sleeping with the sliding doors open is a huge plus as you can hear the waves crashing on the shore. The beach was private and not busy at all. Great location for restaurants, activities, etc. Comfortable beds and very clean. We would highly recommend.

Beware: they want to charge an early check-in fee. We refused to pay the extra after already giving them THOUSANDS of our dollars. A simple courtesy of allowing an early check-in goes a LONG way with us, and we will not book again with Salt Water Vacations. (We're talking an hour early, folks. Cleaning crew was already gone. It's difficult to plan a 6.5 hour trip to arrive exactly on time.) We've never had a problem when we've booked directly through VRBO--only with Salt Water Vacations.

Clean, cute beach decor, comfy beds, excellent access to the beach, nice pool area, tennis courts had many cracks in them however they were playable, internet did not work when we arrived - didn't get access to it until Day 2 in the afternoon. Would stay at this property again.

Stunning view. Nice quiet location. We old people had trouble getting the televisions to work which was a problem when keeping the toddlers while their parents went to a Destin wedding and it rained!
