Beautiful beach house in a gated community. Loved the jetty beach and infinity pool. Beach house beautifully decorated.with a full stocked kitchen for cooking.

The house was spotless and clearly well maintained-it felt fresh, comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was excellent. They were friendly, responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The bikes were a hit with the teenagers. The location was nice for all age groups-short walk to the Lagoon and a quick drive to unload to the Gulf beach.

Pelican Pointe Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Destin since 1983 and have been staying at Destin Pointe since 2000 in various houses. Pelican Pointe is an incredible home with unparalleled views of the Gulf, the Pass and the fireworks! The home is in great condition and well appointed. The elevator is a huge plus! We have stayed in several other houses on Rosalie Drive, but Pelican Pointe is definitely our number one choice. Destin Pointe Realty always does a great job managing the property and is always responsive if any issues arise. We highly recommend Pelican Pointe!

Amazing family vacation

The house has everything you could possibly need for a fun multi generational family vacation. The location and views are breathtaking. The beach is pristine and a short walk from the house.

Exceeded Expectations

Exceptional view! Quality accommodations. Wonderful set up for big group. House came with a ton of toys for the beach, including fishing poles. Also came with 4 bikes. Can't say enough good things - totally worth the price!

Great property!

This was the perfect retreat for our daughters cheer competition. Check in was super smooth and check out was just as easy. The owners were very open with their communication and we have nothing negative to say!

Best house/location!!!

We all LOVED our stay here and didn’t want it to end! Perfect location in quiet neighborhood with amazing views! We definitely plan to be back. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. and comes with 4 bikes as well. Don’t miss booking this gem!

Pelican Pointe

Great location with great views of the gulf and amazing sunsets. Easy short walk to the beach and the pool. Other than a water leak from the 3rd floor bathroom, we have no complaints. Property management was great, helpful, and responsive. Would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful Home with Immaculate views. Unfortunately the closest beach doesn’t include the chair service, but the walk to the beach with chair service isn’t that far.

Amazing house!!!

The house was excellent! It was everything we hoped and more! It was clean and all the appliances and supplies were great! We enjoyed the extras for the beach (chairs, games, etc.). The view from the balcony was perfection! The communication with the property management was fantastic but we had no issues to report! We want to go back!!

While I went with 10+ plus girls, this house was the perfect size for us all to have enough space for our items. The location was perfect and allowed us to enjoy the beach without the normally crowded areas during this time of the year. In addition, we went to the grocery store often and it was less than 2 miles down the road. The owners of this house made our process so smooth and made sure we had all we needed to have a great time! I highly recommend staying here!

Pretty as the Pictures!

My family rented this house and one across the street. This house was the center of action for dinner with such a spacious main living space. The balconies are perfect for watching the sunset and fireworks! It happened to rain a bit on our trip and the convenient location near the sea dunes & bay made it easy for getting time in the sun. The tram golf cart was available to get the ocean side but the walk across the cute pond was easy enough. The 2 pools on the property are clean and perfect for the kids. The house is well equipped with baskets and bags for storage. You won’t regret choosing a stay at Pelican Pointe. Happy Travels!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this property. It was very well appointed and we enjoyed our stay very much!! Our only issue was getting the bikes unlocked but we called and they addressed it right away. Just be sure to check well before ready to take off on the bikes as to not get delayed. We loved the convenience to the beach and pools. And it is very convenient to town for groceries or dining. Loved! We would definitely rent here again!
