We enjoyed this studio and it was nice walking off the back patio straight to the pool. We were far enough away from the restaurant traffic and noise yet still close enough to walk to the marina and play pickleball multiple times a day. The decor at both doors was a cute touch we enjoyed spotting on our walks. We can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful Studio!

Beautiful place right next to the pool and convenient to the walkway to the beach. A studio was perfect for me and my husband. Lots of grassy areas and waste bins right outside the door, great for those who bring a dog like we did. Front staff was also very welcoming!

Perfect studio condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Utensils/pans/coffee maker.Bathroom excellent hot water with decent water pressures.Bedroom- pillows are both firmer and soft. Bed is more on the firmer side.Walk out to the patio, sliding doors and a magnetic screen that makes entering and exiting easy. Just steps away from a pool and within walking distance to beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Sandpiper. The complex in it's entirety is a true home away from home. My husband and I have stayed at different locations throughout Sandpiper for the past 4 years. This particular location stood out for the epic balcony. We ate outside every day. They had a stereo, so it was nice to just sit on that balcony and relax. That was the best! The bed was comfortable. The decor was fantastic. This condo was my favorite as far as decor.The kitchen was well stocked, so you could be prepared for anything. The BAD: The refrigerator is LOUD. It would wake my husband and I up at night. All is quiet, and then the refrigerator would turn on and it was all over for the quiet. The second thing is the toilet. It would take about 10 minutes of running to fill. The first day we thought it was broken it ran so long. So, A- condo, could be an A+ with a new refrigerator and toilet.

Tub drain was almost totally plugged upon arrival, but was quickly fixed once I reported it. Tub had some minor debris and bugs in it upon arrival. Price seemed somewhat excessive for what we got.

There was an old, dirty, dried up towel on the kitchen counter. On huge dust, hair 'bunny'. The beds aren't comfortable for more than a few days. Other than that, everything was fine. Oh, one really big roach. That's all.
