Case Family Vacation

This house was great for our group great neighborhood and the golf cart made travel to and from the beach a breeze. We will definitely be trying to stay at this property or one similar from Travel Life

The house and pool were nice. The beds were very comfortable. Having the golf cart was fun. The two couches in the living room were trash. Any time we texted a concern someone got right back to us. I would stay there again if the living room furniture was replaced

Wonderful location. Although the house was in a close neighborhood the shrubs made it feel more private. Just minutes to walk across to the beach. My family loved the house and pool.

Campbell summer vacation

This property was great !!! The kitchen had everything you could ask for plenty of room in the house for the 16 of us!!! The golf cart was awesome to have too!! We would stay here again!!

The home was so spacious, clean, modern and loved by our entire family! Loved the pool! And it's so close to everything! The beach, shopping and restaurants. We're from Missouri and this is the first time we've stayed at this home. We will definitely try to stay there again!

Family celebration

16 of my family were able to gather for the week to celebrate several of our “teens”! We had a wonderful time at the house and in Destin- such a beautiful area!! The home was a good set up- we utilized it all!

Excellent stay!

We couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was clean and welcoming. We had a few issues with the codes to get in to the gate/home but the staff quickly responded and got it figured out. The included golf cart was a great perk. We would definitely recommend and will look to stay here in the future when we visit Destin!

Family Vacation

Sun Kiss’d was absolutely perfect for our crew. We had 17 adults and 3 infants. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The golf cart was handy but we did rent an additional one for our large number. Loved having a pool right outside our back door. So many great memories. Would definitely comeback in the future!

Great Accommodations

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and fit our three generations. It was beneficial to have a couple of bedrooms on the first floor. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The children loved the pool and proximity to the beach. This house is perfect for a large family. Thank you for sharing it with us!

THE BEST place to stay in the Destin area!

This was the fourth time we've stayed in one of these properties, and they are hands down my favorite place to stay in the Destin area. The homes are large enough to accommodate multiple families and still allow for privacy. The kids love the bunk beds, and the bonus room upstairs is great for our family. Walking right out the back door to the pool is wonderful, and we enjoy taking the golf cart right across the street to the beach. The owners are very friendly and personable.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The communication and instructions were on-point. The house was beautiful and spaciously accommodated our family of 12. The management company was friendly and easy to work with. The location was PERFECT with beach access, walking trails, food and access to groceries, etc. Highly recommend!

Great house for our family

We’ve stayed in 5 different houses in the last 6 years and this was the best. Roomy well stocked kitchen. Plenty of dining seating for 10 adults and 6 kids. Nice pool with afternoon shade. Close to the beach - walk or golf cart ride. Nice community pool for change of pace. Well maintained and clean. Hope to come back next year.

Location great area great felt safe in this community. House big enough for multiple families. Kitchen supplies ample. Beds comfortable responded quickly to requests . Pool nice size and extremely nice to have golf cart. Only suggestion would be to maybe replace washer extremely noisy and possibly new mattress in upstairs single bunk beds- only bed that wasn’t comfortable

Almost amazing!

This house was in a great location close to the beach and was listed to fit 22 people. The house was clean and beds were comfortable pool was nice. The only issues we had were the following: it was not big enough to accommodate 22 people. In fact, while we were there, someone from the property management company came by and changed the capacity to 18 on the plaque on the front of the house. This makes sense, since we had 19 people and luckily we could put younger child on the couch because there wasn’t a bed for him. The hammock that was pictured in the listing was broken when we got there. And they came and took it away after I let them know. The outside shower handles were broken off to adjust water. Overall we still had a very good experience but there are some things that could use updating to make this a perfect 10.

We just had an AWESOME vacation in Destin FL

If you want a perfect location for a family trip stay here. Sun Kiss'd was the perfect setting for our family. The pool was a huge hit and the beach was just a short walk. We felt very safe in the gated community. The property was clean, Crap Trap Restaurant is great, location is near everything you will need. The cleanest beach we have ever visited. Destin will be a regular location for family trips. Thanks Ryan for everything. We will "SEA" you again soon. The Blackwell's North Carolina
