wonderful stay!! Lots of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean which was much closer than the pictures. The unit was very clean and well stocked. Beautiful sunsets and views of the ocean. Toni was very responsive and easy to deal with.

The condo was great. The balcony was very inviting with the view of the ocean and great furniture. My only complaint would be the airflow in the guest bedroom was not good so at night it wasn’t cool in there. But overall I would definitely book the condo again.

Was a great condo! Very nice and well decorated. Everything worked. No maintenance issues. Nice pool. Dog friendly. Right on the beach. Great sunset view and view of the frequent fireworks. Only small request is more than one trash bag and more than one roll of TP in each bathroom. Overall great place and would stay there again!

Can see beach and fireworks from balcony. Everything you need is supplied in condo. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Second bedroom is kind of warm compared to the rest of the unit. Overall, I would choose this unit again!

The Beat Stay Ever in Destin

The condo was clean. It had everything you needed for a week stay. Check in was top notch. The view was amazing. The pool was amazing. I felt secure with the gated community. The beach was super close. The elevators were fast and close by making everything easy to enter and leave. Rooms were spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The best thing we encountered were the shopping carts they were always available to bring in groceries and shopping. We loved it here and hope to use this rental again for all our Destin stays. Communication was fabulous !

On the beach, easy walk to the Jetty. Condo was clean, amazingly stocked kitchen. Lots of games for the family. Sitting on the porch and looking at the ocean was the best.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! We had an emergency and didn’t get to see Destin but being able to sit on the couch and have a direct view of the ocean was very nice. We don’t feel like we missed anything. Toni was a great hostess!

We went through Hurricane Sally without a problem! Right on the beach and view from the balcony was awesome! The pool was nice and spacious. We did not get any flooding during the storm unlike our neighbors who had flooded parking lots that you could barely drive through without flooding out your vehicle. Nice and spacious room and balcony. Close to many attractions. Enjoyed everything very much!

Nice condo, however the cleaning crew could do a better job. All of the dishes and flat ware were put away dirty. It appears that they did not use detergent in the dish washer.

This is a very beautiful condo very roomy, nice bed was comfortable in master bedroom. Could use some updating on things. Although what they have is nice! The washer and dryer definitely needs updating for sure!! Took forever to wash and dry my clothes especially towels! Only other things I complain about was no shampoo or conditioner samples or anything in the bathroom and no laundry detergent or fabric softener! Every place i’v ever been supplied these things as start ups to get started at least and then if we run out we go buy more! That is my biggest complaint about this place! Also I need to add the place needs a good cleaning the fans had a lot of dust on them. There is a pool and the place is guarded which is nice and the beach is in a few steps from the condo after you go down the elevator. Also the elevator is located right next to this condo and I would say it’s a 5 star condo once you bring your supplies with you! There is dishwasher detergent and liquid detergent. No shampoo bring your own. A couple rolls of toilet paper to get you through. We enjoyed our stay there and the owner is super nice and friendly she will answer any questions you have and keeps in touch with you about anything of your concern. I would say rent this condo and stay there you will love it!
