Spacious and clean

The 3 bedroom 3& 1/2 bath condo was very spacious and clean. It fit 10 adults very comfortably. We missed the kitchen table but there was plenty of seating around the island. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Despite Construction, Great Place!

The layout of this unit was perfect for our family! The construction and pool closure was not ideal, but the gorgeous beach, water and views more than made up for the minor inconvenience. The unit was beautifully updated and the building was in a great location. It was perfect for our family.

Good Vacation

When we arrived, front desk told us we didn’t have a room, but then they found it and got us inside. We knew about construction throughout the property, but the condo itself was clean and well setup. Cable TV didn’t work, but staff responded. We would recommend and return again.

We absolutely loved the condo! Plenty of space, right on the beach, 2 pools. My only criticism is the dishwasher did not work, no hot water in the kitchen sink, and SunDestin needs to invest in guest luggage carts. There were only a few & guests were begging for them from each other. We will be back though! Thanks

Great Mother's Day Getaway

The condo was very clean and spacious for our family. The view was amazing. There are a few issues that needs to be addressed. The washer is very unbalanced and even the smallest load knocks causing it to not spin out. The towel bat in the master bath needs to be fixed to the wall and beds are extremely squeaky. There is a bad leak under the bedroom sink and everything was soaked and unusable. The experience would have been better is I felt safe for my children to use the indoor pool, but due to groups of adults being very friendly with their surroundings while playing loud music and drinking large glass bottles of liquor while swimming.. I had pulled glass pieces out of the pool and that was the final straw for me. Overall, the stay was nice, but if it was more family friendly it would have been better.

Family Vacation Spot

This condominium was on point, recently remodeled. SunDestin Beach Resort needs to have more activities in the afternoons for families and/or adults like karaoke and games. Been staying here for years, less and less activities. The only reason I still stay here is because their the only resort that last tents on the beach.

My Family & I were in Destin celebrating my husband’s 50th Birthday. This was our third stay at SunDestin, but the first time with our kids. The condo was perfect as far as accommodations of space, cleanliness, and oh the best party the amazing ocean views, and balcony. Only two issues that can be resolved…one was the washer it was out of order. I took concerns to the front desk at the resort they offered us compensation for washing loads at the community wash room on our floor. Really wished we had a working washer in the condo for convenience. Also the master bedroom toilet chain needs adjusting for proper flushing. Other than that it would have easily been 5 Stars instead of 4!!!

Nice Condo.

Check in, communication and condo itself was nice, but the washing machine was broken and there was zero water pressure. No one mentioned the washing machine was broken and we were counting on that. A/C did not cool all the rooms well. Master bedroom was hot at night. Was supposed to be a non smoking facility and all we smelt was cigarettes or THC. No one was monitoring that. Amenities were ok. We will not be returning .

The couch is horribly uncomfortable and if you actually pull it out to sleep it has a horrible smell. It needs to be replaced. Beds are all very comfortable. Tvs great. Bathrooms great. Enjoyed the stay
