“For reference we stayed in Atenas Costa Rica April 14th through April 19th. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the backyard is stunning. On two separate occasions toucans came to the tree in the backyard to feed on the berries. We also had 6 head of cows/ bulls wander up one morning while we enjoyed coffee on the back porch. The late afternoons did get warm, but we just cooled off in the pool. We did not see any rain while we were there. The nights do cool down, but was still a little……

“Entire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants. Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.”

“This home is absolutely amazing. It is immaculant and well kept and the pictures dont do it justice. One of the owners of the home Judd was absolutely amazing recommending things to do, restaurants, and various activities. The property manager Leticia was exceptional as well. We needed for nothing and any question I asked was returned promply with kindess. I highly recommend this property not only for the splendor that it is...in the mountains with some of the most beautiful and picturesque……

“House was great for our family. Good staff with housekeeper and security. Rated 4 stars due to non operating dishwasher. We wound up doing dishes most nights as we did not want to leave them overnight for housekeeper next day. Concerned about attracting pests.”

“Location was fabulous! On beach and quick walk to town. Perfect. Pool was beautiful and large. Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty.”

“The views were fantastic from the balcony. The entire property was well maintained and the community pool was very enjoyable. The folks on site were very friendly and helpful. Then unit was clean and comfortable. The host was fantastic and helped us even after the stay was over.”

“This was a spacious property to accommodate a girls trip. The property is beautiful and gives you beach access directly across the street. The water was hot and the pool clean. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. Miro mountain is near the house with a beautiful overlook especially at sunset. The house could stand a good spring cleaning but the caretaker is available for any issues (we didn’t have any). ”

Not only was it a great leap off point to many awesome adventures, it was very comfortable just to relax, listen to birds and waves. (Challenges, no coffee filters, ice maker, hot water in showers works but runs out if more than one shower is in use, or washer. Dryer was not working but Manuel sent a fix it person right away) ”

Katie was exceptionally available before our stay to make sure we were connected to everything we would need. Property location was great. She connected us with a driver who was also Amazing, courteous, friendly, fun! Both so welcoming to let us experience Costa Rica. We had experiences we would not have had unless it was their……
