「This property had everything we needed, including things I often forget, like a hair blower, The wifi was strong, the kitchen well equipped and the outside had what I needed to do my regular exercise routine in the mornings. The only negative we experienced was the steep driveway slope. We have a Ford Flex and the bumper dragged when going up and down to the street.」

「Charming little trailer from the sixties. Problem was the bed was as old as the trailer. Might of got 3 hours sleep. Owners were very friendly. Nice farm.」

「Great host, really enjoyed our stay and plenty of room and amenities. Kernville is a great place to visit and would recommend this property if booking. PS: If I could, I would give this property 10/5 stars just for their dog, Dexter. He will greet you with his favorite ball to play fetch once you arrive.」

「Horrible Horrible Horrible」

「have never stayed at a place that didn't even have any soap to even wash hands with in the bathroom. no tissue paper (kleenex), half a roll of toilet paper with no extra TP in the room. no shampoo or hair dryer in the room. The sheets were so threadbare that they were barely covering the mattress. You could feel the pilling and how threadbare they were on your skin. The blanket and bedspread were pretty threadbare as well.No matress pad either.., Only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1...

「Highlights: Beautiful view from the front yard. Enclosed yard in the back and front which was great for my dogs. Huge TV in the Living Room, great A/C, very clean, huge master bedroom w comfortable king size bed, fridge with water and ice maker, and the host was communicative. Tip: Ask for the WiFi code when you get there. I forgot and it was too late to call or text when I thought of it.」

「Clean and nice property. Only complaint is both showers. Showerhead is falling apart and shoots water in all directions. And water faucet control does not work right. If you can even get the hot water. Lovely property otherwise.」

「This place is lovely, we had an amazing time there. Definitely we are coming back!!」

「Enjoyed my stay immensely. Amaka was very hospitable and easy to communicate with both before and during my stay. The suite was very comfortable--looked exactly as the on-line pictures. It was very clean. There is a refrigerator, microwave, etc which were convenient. It's a very nice neighborhood to walk in--new construction. I would have liked to explore it more if I had had the chance.」
