"Outstanding "

"Easy, quick walk from convention center. Easy location to Uber to/from. Within walking distance of many restaurants, and also very close to riverwalk. We had a nice walk back to hotel from an evening jazz cruise aboard the natchez - highly recommend. Friendly staff at the bar & front desk. Despite being considered a "haunted" hotel we had no encounters haha. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options. About a 16 minute Uber to/from nearby airport. Was a quiet area for the most part despite room facing the street, only had one night with some loud cars (many like to blair music) and sirens."

"The concerige and Porter staff are outstanding. The always welcome us as if we were family. One item, but not really negative, the young lady that checked us seemed rather shy and instructions were difficult to understand what she was saying. We had to have her repeat several times what she meant, We love the hotel and our first stay was just prior to Covid when we stayed on the concierge floor which we now missed. Since then we have stayed with you several times within the past two years. See you again in several months."

"Elevators stop working we had to take the step.They shut the water off one of the days we stayed . And my aunt room got broken into and all they did was fix door and kept her in the room. Never again will i stay there "
