「We were living in the room close to the main road. It could be quite haunting during the night and I was almost sleepless during the first night. And I have to leave all the lights on to make it looks like people are awake. I tried to use the hot bath but the room is locked all the time. Hotels.com is definitely responsible to manifest a 10 out 10 rating in this hotel, it’s simply not that good! Strongly won’t suggest ladies and kids to stay alone. 」

「The house was wonderful for our two families which included 4 kids. It had everything that we needed. The view was amazing and the house was very comfy.The pillows could be improved, but other than that, no complaints. You can request linens, at an extra cost, if you're travelling from overseas like we were」

「We were up at Waimarino to ski for the week with our two young children, the house was a perfect little bolt hole when weren’t on the mountain!Our only issues were that while there was a log burner and wood for it, unfortunately the wood was all rather damp and there was no way to chop any smaller kindling to even get the fire going, thank goodness for the heat pump, so we were all sorted!
