「The best of the Hotel is definetely the staff. Always friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. The apartments are very okay, mantained well and clean. The beds were also comfy. A few tiles were damaged in the room. The fridge or other things were very used. The breakfast and dinner buffet was okay, but very repetitive with some exceptions. 「Aside from the stairs, I’d rate this stay as just about excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely balcony with a great sea view. The apartment itself, along with the surrounding Santa Ponsa area, is quite hilly/mountainous. The only real drawback was the stairs — they were very steep and long, with no elevators or alternative access, which was very challenging for us. Taxis are pretty expensive in this locality as well. 」

「Jeg var afsted med fem veninder og vi var super glade for at bo på Sol y Vera. Vi kunne alle seks sidde og spise osv sammen ude på den ene altan, hvilket vi var mega glade for, at der var plads til. Hotellet ligger perfekt ift byen, strand, restauranter osv, da det hele er i gåafstand. Det eneste vi synes vi manglede var et viskestykke, karklud og opvaskebørste samt håndsæbe, da dette desværre ikke var i lejligheden. Men alt i alt var vi super glade for vores ophold.」

「The whole complex was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. The two outdoor pools were not very busy so it was easy to get a sunbed. The food could have been a bit more varied, but was generally very good. The air-conditioned gym was excellent and free to access for residents. Our room did back on to a busy road which was far enough away not to cause a real problem although you could sometimes hear noisy cars and motorbikes. The hotel is quite well set up for cyclists.」

「Alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und freundlich....Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Ihnen gefüllt und überlegen schon eine erneute Buchung für das nächste Jahr 2026 bei Ihnen. Einzig eine Parkplatz Suche für unseren Mietwagen war eine tägliche Anstrengung bei der viel Zeit benötigt wurde. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja Nichts. 「There's always something not so great about the places you stay, but this time I can say there was nothing bad. The hotel is super chic, luxurious, and classy.
