“We had a great time staying here as a family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and the cozy play corner up in the loft. So much natural lighting! I loved how wide the door and some windows were for letting in fresh air. Being close to the river was a nice touch! We found some really neat rocks and enjoyed the walks. We also enjoyed the fire pit and sunsets in the field. We cooked our meals in the treehouse, and ate down at the picnic table. I almost packed a tray - regretted not after many……

“The property and especially the views are spectacular It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. This was our 4 th consecutive year sub Roosters Den and look forward to going again next year”

“This was an incredible weekend away for my wife and I. This is one of the cutest cabins I have ever seen. They thought of everything. Comfy beds, dimmable lights, heated bathroom, plenty of firewood, space heater in case you run out of firewood, air conditioner for when you get too hot, power fan that can fan the upstairs when spinning one way and the downstairs when spinning the other, light up mirror in the bathroom, plush towels, beautiful new construction in most rooms, I could go on. “We enjoyed a long weekend at Holiday Valley and really appreciated the convenience of ski in/out here. Short drive to Ellicottville for shopping, restaurants and coffee. The property was tidy and served us well. The condo unit is in a building with other condos, so there was the expected occasional noise related to that— mostly hearing the neighbors walking around. We’re glad we stayed here and would visit again. ”
