" This was my second stay here this week and was a great stay, both times Amanda and the Man working Saturday Dec 20 amazing, efficient and friendly workers. Unfortunately the hot tub suite was unavailable but the Nirmal King Suite is great too and roughly 50usd less so yes it was a slight disappointment to not get the room I requested but I get things happen sometimes. Breakfast was great and area and amenities in the facility are great such as the pool and fitness centre as well as vending machines, free drinking water downstairs and comfortable lobby. Had some issues regarding checkout in the morning and am hoping this can be resolved as I was planning to return this week and if this issue cannot be resolved in a simple manner I will not feel compelled to come back to the same location. Besides that, very pleasant stay."
