"Great location"

"Very nice, cabin. I found it very reasonable and efficient for a weekend adventure in the Adirondacks!!"

"Ideal stay. Location was great."

"We needed an overnight place to stay for an out of town wedding that would fit 10 people comfortably. This house was better than we imagined. Clean, plenty of space, and the owner thought of everything you might need to make you comfortable. An easy check in process gave us the perfect resting space before we headed home the next day. We all agreed if we ever need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely stay at this house again!"

"Was a great property to get away too."

"Beautiful, sparkling clean home was comfortable and convenient."

"The parking was a bit confusing but the host was very much available and accomodating to work it out. The place is clean, spacious, newly renovated, and very nice. The hosts were friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend for your stay in Utica!"

"Recommend to stay!"

"The apartment was spacious with a large living room. Only complaint was that the baseboard heaters were not working making the apartment fairly cold with mid-40's degree temps outside."

"Awesome place. Our second stay. Very eclectic and cool. Will always be our go to for stays in little falls."

"Excellent host! The home was immaculate and every detail was thought of. So many wonderful amenities. We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Utica or surrounding areas. If we are headed that way again, we plan on booking a longer stay. Thank you Angie for everything!"

"Lovely stay. Downstairs bedroom is a cozy stay for two adults. Otherwise a very relaxing weekend. Would stay again."

"Everything was amazing and Scott and Ina were very accommodating. We will be back again!!"
