「4 adults and 1 and 3 year old enjoyed our stay. The hosts live in the top level and were very friendly. The property is beautiful, with gardens, a playground and a large yard. The house had everything you need, lots of towels and kitchen supplies. Beds are comfortable. 25 minute drive to Cooperstown. 」

「We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and very eager to make sure our stay was satifsfactory. We would recommend this location without a doubt and actually hope to return here someday! 「We stayed here for my 12 year old son's Cooperstown Dreams baseball tournament. It was a great house! The bedroom downstairs was perfect for my 70 year old parents, and another large bed upstairs was perfect for us, and one more bedroom for the kids. The office was great, so I could work while I was there. Love that the owners renovated the house while maintaining authenticity, including the quirks, of the nearly 200 year old house. So perfect!」

「My mother-in-law has a bucket list of staying insome unique places so we booked this for her birthday. The caboose is very cool! The caboose is very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you know someone that loves trains or likes staying in one of a kind places.」

「We found the quiet and surrounding farm truly relaxing. Even though we drove sixty miles roundtrip each day, the drive was beautiful and relaxing. The only negative was the wifi being intermittent and the listed password was inaccurate. Overall, a good week.」
