This beautifully renovated SMART luxury apartment is located in the heart of the Boston-Edison Historic District, one of Detroit's most desirable neighborhoods. The apartment is located above a garage, with a private entrance.

This is a SMART luxury apartment, 80% of powered equipment is controlled by voice or smart device.
This means that you can use your voice to control the lights, thermostat, TV, music, and more. You can also use your voice to ask questions, get information, and set alarms.

The interior of the apartment has been completely renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
The living room is spacious with lots of windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Nice, Quiet, and Cozy

The unit was just as advertised. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Easy access to the highway and a short drive from downtown Detroit. Definitely recommend.
