This property was very nice and cozy, and it was in a great area very close access to shops and travel. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pups. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house. Good location near Woodward and centrally located for anything you want to do up and down Woodward corridor. The very upstairs bedroom unfortunately didn't have AC and got hot in the afternoon but was fine by evening to sleep in. (I was there in mid-July, one of the hottest weeks of the year!). Kitchen was fairly well equipped and house was comfortable for me and my two kids for a week! Thanks so much. I would certainly stay again.

Grandkids adventure.

We took our grandkids to Detroit for a weekend adventure to see a Tiger baseball game and visit the Henry Ford Museum, and the Detroit Zoo. Our VRBO was in Royal Oak, Mi. that is 3 minutes from the zoo. The house was perfect for what we needed. Our only comment would be that the bathroom was small and there is only one for a 3 bedroom home.

Comfy & Great Location

Definitely one of the better rentals I've stayed in in MI. The house itself is lovely, the furniture is all comfortable (the bed!!) and it's in a fabulous location. I loved having a private driveway for parking, and it's a quiet street. My only real issue with the property was the bathroom mirror and lights. I'm not even 6ft but but the lights are blindingly at eye level and you can't see your face in the mirror. I adapted fine but it was a bit frustrating. Bonus points for not having any sort of "before you go you have to clean everything despite paying a cleaning fee when you book" list like so many places have. I did have to take out the trash for trash day, but check out was simply to leave things as they were and head out. Overall? Worth it :)

Visiting family for the holidays.

Great stay at the VRBO. Easy access, great communication, clean and loved the free coffee with filters and coffee available. The beds were super comfortable. There were ample pillows and towels. We loved having a fenced in backyard for our fur babies. Off-street parking was helpful and everywhere we’d need to go (grocery and restaurants) were a short drive away. This was our second time here and we will return!

Cute and Comfy!

Great for a one-night or weekend stay! Right around the corner from the Woodward Ave Dream Cruise, which was why we were in the area. The only downfalls were the bathroom water faucets in the sink and bathroom. The sink was backward when trying to use it and the tub didn't work, only the shower head, and even that was touchy for turning on and off. Otherwise, it was perfect!
