Location, location.

If you are looking for a simple beach house with no frills with a three minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk into Dewey central, this is the house for you. Phenomenal screen porch, great beds, and an outdoor shower to die for. Not the house if you like to cook, small kitchen and no dishwasher, but just fine for coffee making and quick lunches and snacks. The house also does have a nice grill out back. We would stay there again. Enjoy!!
