Rehoboth vacation

The house is beautiful and very spacious. The kitchen is a big plus if you're looking to cook some of your meals while on vacation. The pool area is lovely, and we all enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to have an awesome beach vacation since the ocean is just a very short walk out the door.

Our week at Indian Beach

The house was beautiful and large enough to accommodate our entire family. The pool was much appreciated especially when weather was poor. The kitchen was well stocked with many items including food in the freezers. There was also drinks in the wine cooler and refrigerators. It was a short walk to the beach,when on some days, we were only one of 2-3 families on the beach. We do have a 2 complaints in that the area was infested with mosquitos which seemd to only be in our block. The area was sprayed 1 day but with little effect. The second complaint is the absence of TV's in the bedrooms. There were only 2 TV's in the entire house--1 in the 3rd floor master bedroom and the other in the family room on the 2nd floor. There was also a TV in the pool area. Our family has been doing beach vacations for many years and the homes have TV's in many of the bedrooms. It is a suggestion to add TV's to bedrooms and also the sunroom. All in all we had a great time being together in this lovely home.

Vacation in Dewey

House was great! Amazing kitchen and lots of living space. Location to beach was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool a great deal and the outdoor eating /bar area. Only complaint is that linens are not included. We have rented in Cape Cod for 10 years and regardless of the price of property - we have rented houses ranging in price from $10,000 to $22,000 and linens were always included. Also included were enough beach chairs for the number of people the house was advertised to sleep. We only had 6 chairs. We travelled from SC and do not have room for beach chairs and sheets, towels and blankets. Probably would reconsider for house that includes those items for next time.
