“Our host, Joshua, was fantastic! He communicated everything necessary in a timely manner and the few times I had a question, he responded within minutes and was warm and welcoming always. The house was lovely and comfortable. It felt very spacious while also feeling cozy. My son definitely enjoyed having his own “apartment” on the second floor. “The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. ”

“My family and I had a blast! The weather was not on our side but the home had a ton of entertainment from tv, consoles and games for everyone. Mark was so easy and quick to communicate with. The house was beautiful and clean. The pictures don’t do the pool justice. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful. My family and I will definitely be rebooking next year and longer to really enjoy the whole house.”

“We had a great one-week stay here with our two kids. Located in a quiet, private neighborhood, it is within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had some issues with initial check-in, but the host was responsive and went above and beyond to correct the problem. The house is not new and some of the furniture is a bit worn, but it was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including a Keurig coffee maker.
