“The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. ”

“The property is clean and pet friendly. The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. The only other thing is that I didn't realize that the beach was a 15 minute drive, rather than walk. The owner is very very responsive and that was great because I accidentally locked myself out. The keys don't work for all the locks,……

The house smelled SOOO good when we walked in and the beds were super comfy! I can’t wait to come back!”

“We had a great one-week stay here with our two kids. Located in a quiet, private neighborhood, it is within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had some issues with initial check-in, but the host was responsive and went above and beyond to correct the problem. The house is not new and some of the furniture is a bit worn, but it was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including a Keurig coffee maker. “We enjoyed our week at Summer Knights. The house was immaculately clean! Very important to me as I usually feel the need to clean if it looks dirty, but not this house.. it was sparkling clean!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable couch and beds. Our children age 3 and 5 loved the toys, especially the tent and camping toys, Legos, magnetic board, and bubbles.
