“Very clean new 1 room apartment. Host is very helpful and texts & communicated via VRBO platform. Has a dedicated covered parking. Unit is 1 floor above ground level. Small Kitchener, coffee machine, microwave, Airconditioning, fan available. Bathroom is sparky clean. King bed was very comfortable. We tried the sofa pull out bed - may be OK for small kids. Not comfortable for adults. 0.3 miles which is 6 minutes to the beach by walk. Very convenient. No swimming pool access which belongs to……

“Overall a very nice facility. The numbering layout of the parking garage can be vastly improved, starting with putting the building name clearly marked “in” the garage. Otherwise a very clean resort with many amenities. Only complaint is how far I had to walk to use the indoor pool and weight room.”

“We had a great stay in this property! The unit was clean and perfectly set up for a weekend stay. I went with my children and a grandparent. The views from the living room were phenomenal -- even though we weren't beachfront, we could see the beach from multiple points. The beds were all comfortable (the pillows are honestly the best pillows I have ever had at any rental!). The building is in good shape, the elevators are clean and I appreciated that the building had a trash chute -- one easier……

“Condo was beautiful and clean—steps from the beach and a short walk to a bayside park with playground for kids. The game room and indoor pool were fantastic additional amenities that the kids enjoyed. Property manager was extremely communicative and even allowed our larger dogs to come (40 and 50 lbs) since they were older (10 and 13). Will stay again. ”
