「This property was very clean and spacious. Nancy is a prompt and responsive host. We had a very large group for a beach family reunion. There’s a trolley that goes through the neighborhood every 30 minutes or so that will take you to the boardwalk for free. The boardwalk is about a mile away. The neighborhood was very quiet and walking distance to a handful of shops and businesses. Nancy had almost everything we needed. We couldn’t find any oven mits, but we just used folded kitchen towels....

「The Pilot House was absolutely wonderful for our family. A welcoming home with the bonus of a relaxing pool area where we spent much of our time. Our host Rosemary was super responsive and had great information about the area. Bethany is a fabulous beach with a small town feel and the location of this house was fabulous ... close enough to be convenient, but a little ways away from the noise and bustle of town. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!! 」

「We stayed at Gabrielle’s place for a family vacation and loved that it was welcoming to our entire family- including our pup and toddler. The location was walking distance to the beach and other local restaurants and shops. For days we didn’t want to walk to the beach, it was an added bonus to have the resident beach parking pass. We did have a slight issue during our stay but Gabrielle responded quickly and resolved the issue asap. Thanks for a great stay, Gabrielle!」

「Just a beautiful and relaxing stay - place has everything - even went crabbing with the canoe that is provided. Grilled outside, played beer pong outside, big kitchen, has everything if you want to cook inside, very short walk to the best beach in Bethany - water for some reason is clearer here - maybe because it has whiter sand. Enjoy your stay whoever comes next.」

「It is a beautiful ocean front home with great amenities. The front deck is a wonderful spot with comfy furniture. You can spend all day there, weather allowing. Nicely equipped kitchen and very clean throughout.」

「check-in was smooth. Kitchen facilities were fine. The icemaker made ice, but didn't drop it. otherwise, we didn't need a thing in the kitchen」

「We enjoyed our family vacation. The house worked well in so many ways for my children and grandchildren. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. This house was ideal for all of us. It was always a pleasure to speak with Grace if I had any questions. 」
