“Always a nice stay at The Breakers. Very nice and clean and short walk to the beach and restaurants. Always an easy check in and check out. Staff is friendly and professional.”

“The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. The curmudgeon personality was not at all acceptable. Otherwise our stay……

“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”
