"Stayed at this property for a long weekend with friends. The location is as advertised and has the pretty pond/lake view and easy walk into Rehoboth through the park next to condo, accessible through a gate (look closely it isn’t evident at first) at back of development. We walked the route several times a day ! Condo is super clean, bedrooms all nice size and comfortable and the deck is nice and big enough to hang out and relax. We loved it and would definitely book again. "

"At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"...

"Great place - so close to the beach. Nice amenities - chairs, beach cart and umbrella available. Kitchen stocked well, A/C worked great, ceiling fans a plus. Convenient to restaurants and entertainment. Short drives to see the sights. Got to spend a great afternoon on the beach watching crazy golden retrievers chasing tennis balls in the surf. Seems that we landed in town during golden retriever days (a thing in Dewey) - happy pups everywhere."

"The house was perfect for us, 2 couples and a 3-year old. Very clean, plenty of room, and everything worked fine. Great location one block from the boardwalk and beach, 2 blocks from the main street. It was a wonderful week for our family."

House is very clean and beds are so comfy!Great views of beach and you are steps away from the beach!! No need to move your car.. you can walk to restaurants etc Great patio to sit outside and enjoy coffee while listening to the waves!!Would recommend"
