“Perfect area to stay. There is a pool and a lovely pool area. The porch is very cute and you can walk right out of it to the pool. You are a short walk/drive to the beach and boardwalk. This is our 4th year staying in the same condo and absolutely love it. The host is very responsive and helpful.”

“Loved the location with the ocean view from the living room and the screened porch. Charming, convenient and clean. Well equipped, one minor issue, owner easy to reach, responded quickly. Loved morning sunrises, walking a few steps to the water, collecting seashells and making crafts on the porch, enjoying the breeze, rain or shine. Relaxing, yet lots to do. Enjoyed by three generations under one roof for a week, loved it. Thank you Jenny!”

“Only suggestion I have is a mattress pad on the bed in the queen room. That bed was very hard and we did t sleep very well that night. Everything else was great though.”

“The condo was beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean was great! The unit is on a corner so it has a wraparound deck, which was very helpful for storing the outdoor toys and sitting and watching the ocean in the mornings. The condo has everything you need for a group of eight people. The host was very responsive!Be aware that at the Sea Colony resort itself, you will need to get a badge for 58 per person for anyone over four years old for beach access. Also, at this condo there is one……

“The condo was clean and the pool area was very nice. The road noise was almost unbearable at night. We had a baby with us and he awoke several times during the night because of sirens, racing cars and motorcycles, etc... No one slept too well. The TV and remote was not easy to work. The dryer squeak was so loud we could only be run when we were out of the unit. Semi walkable, for the things on our side of route 1.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beach house this weekend! The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach, no shoes required! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with great parking, which made everything so convenient. The house had that cozy beach house vibe both inside and out, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weekend. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing beach getaway. We would happily stay here again!”
