“The guy working was friendly and helpful. I arrived to check in at 12:30am, he gave me a key and pointed me to my room. After multiple attempts, I had to go back to have a new one printed - that one didn’t work either. He printed a third key and tried it himself, reliizing it didn’t work because someone was already staying in that room, for whatever reason, their system allows them to put multiple people in the same room, luckily the key didn’t work or we would have all been in for a surprise.”

“Great hotel, just wish there were microwaves in the rooms, but 24/7 good coffee and a pleasant front desk experience made up for it.”

“Overall, it was a good stay at this location. The main carpets and steps are old and in need of some minor repairs. The room was excellent, has a very comfy bed and the shower was terrific. The room could use an overhead light over by the desk. And I would ask for an extra blanket. Parking was plentiful and the lot was clean and in good shape. Both folks at the front desk were polite, professional and helpful. In a good location too as there was a Perkins and a Cracker Barrel within walking……

“This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a motel 6. The door had a giant hole liked it had been kicked in. The room was dirty and had a bad odor. The doors security lock was broken and the door itself was badly damaged. We ended up driving 3 hours home to avoid sleeping in that room.”

“Nice, affordable place to stay. Wasn’t aware until check-in that they were installing a new TV provider. Air conditioning fan was very loud which had to be turned off at night.”

“This was a quick one night stay for us and overall it was good. The room was bigger than I expected and clean. The pillows on the bed were less than great but they got the job done.”

“It is so noisy for my room. Terrible experience. Some people still play music at midnight .”

“Nice updated or new hotel only down far was finding it as it’s located behind a gas station and you have to use their parking lot to access the hotel parking lot and there was no signage indicating the best western. Bed and rooms we comfortable. Breakfast was normal complimentary hotel breakfast. Never used pool, was hoping for a hot tub but there wasn’t one at this location.”

“In 208 and on one side had couple arguing loudly after midnight then couple having sex loudly above us till 1:30am. Walls seemed thin. Breakfast was great. Room was a suite and great if needed to cook.”

“The hotel room was very nice and overall we enjoyed our stay. What I don’t appreciate is the housekeeping people waking us up on the last day. Check out is noon and we had the do not disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping knocked at 9:15 and woke us up. I told the man we are staying until checkout. Yet he came back a little after 11 and knocked again. There should be better coordination so housekeeping knows when a person has left or at the very least, honor the do not disturb sign until……
