"Just perfect!!!"

"We ended up booking this hotel for a girls trip in April. We had a room facing the street so it got very loud at night as there was a Coffeeshop and pub right across the street. The other reason for the noise-the hotel staff kept manually turning off the AC- forcing us to open the window to cool the room down. Some nights it was quiet, other nights we were not able to sleep. Several nights it appeared someone was stomping or moving furniture in the room above us. "

"Reception staff are good, only one staff (male and young) staff wasn’t very helpful, every time he tried to avoid customers."

"Great location, yummy breakfast and afternoon snacks, lovely rooms. If you have trouble with stairs, this would not be a great place. Even with the elevator each floor has additional stairs. Would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel is located so very close to many of the attractions in the center of Amsterdam. The hotel staff were very cordial. The criticisms we have are the following: some of the rooms, including ours, are in the attached building. One has to travel through three different doors and through a narrow-cornered doorway to reach these rooms. This was very difficult with our luggage. The young girl at the front desk was very kind and tried to help, but our bags were very heavy, and it was difficult to navigate the hallways to our room. The sitting area is very cozy. The restaurant was not open for a meal in the evening which would have been very nice on King's Day when the streets were so crowed with partiers! The only other criticism we have is that there is a definite mouldy smell in the hallways between the two attached buildings. Again, the location of this hotel is AMAZING!!!"

"This hotel was perfectly located, easily accessible to all the key attractions, including the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, and Vondelpark. It was also surrounded by many restaurants, and we could just walk to the canal boat stops and public trams. The staff was professional and friendly. The only drawback was that the room was cleaned late in the afternoon and was still somewhat dusty."

"I expected small, but it was not efficient. The tiny bathroom had no hooks to hang a towel, no shelf, we had to move the trash can so our knees would fit when on the toilet. There was a tray with an electric pot but nowhere near to plug it in. The location was good and the staff very nice."
