"Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Wonderful location be the concert hall. No elevator so be prepared to walk luggage up the stairs."

"Room was comfortable and housekeeping did a fine job. Desk staff worked to figure alternate travel to airport around King day street celebrations. Bathroom exhaust fan was on last leg and very noisy. Needs to be replaced."

"overall, it was a good enough stay at Park Centraal Amsterdam but not up to the level I expected with the pictures, and price tag. The quality of the room was not as nice as expected, road noise was bad, poor lighting, no fan in bathroom or room. Front desk employees were nice, but gave us wrong information on pricing for a taxi and we had to pay more than I would have paid because we were given incorrect info. The lobby is beautiful, but rooms and the price did not align."

"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."
