“Hotel is in need of some renovations. The mattress was very worn out. I expected since it was part of a Marriott chain it would’ve been in better condition. If I was passing through again, I would not stay at this particular hotel.”

“It was right off of I-40, clean, good breakfast, just want we needed. ”

“There was no breakfast left after 730 8 o’clock. Fat was courteous and nice willing to help the rugs in the hallways were dirty. It’s like they walked around if they were they didn’t care about anything.”

“Room was so dirty, cobwebs all over room and tv and phone didn’t work, had to wipe the headboard because it had so much dust and the floor was so dirty that I took a towel from the bathroom and wet it and put it in the floor and it came up black.”

“I was ok for a few hours of sleep. I only needed a room for a night. ”

“No hot tub. Pool area nice. Room large and clean. Check in was excellent. Only problem, breaks was limited to waffles, cereal, oj or apple juice and coffee”

“If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the……

“I booked this for my uncle. He was on the road working. He said it was in poor condition. The bed slept good, but he said things were falling apart that his security lock on his door was broken. It didn’t seem like the best area and he’s really not that picky so just be careful if you go to this hotel.
