“Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive. The food in the evening is of a very high standard, in fact we liked it so much……

“The room and facilities were excellent, especially for the price. However, there was one incident that astonished me. I was eating breakfast and they have a few cats that wander around the dining area. One of them jumped onto where the buffet is and started eating the cheese and meats. Somebody called one of the staff over, and he removed the cat and put it outside, but he just left the food that the cat was eating where it was for other guests to eat.”

“I didn't like anything about this hotel. We arrived and it was closed due to death of owner since more then 12 days. With a little note (in Turkish) on the front door. Somebody helped us calling the number, he was in Istanbul; so he sent somebody to open it for us. He came after 2 hours while we are waiting in the street. Very dirty, all over, no service, no breakfast, nothing was there to support our stay, we hardly spent the night. At least they should have removed the hotel from your site and……

“What’s not to love about the Six Senses in Kaplankaya. From the moment you arrive the staff do everything in their power to make your stay as pleasant as possible and to accommodate your every wish. The service, rooms, food quality and the facilities are all exceptional. The farm to table, sustainability ethos and attention to detail is evident throughout the resort. We felt the sincerity in dealing with all the restaurant, beach and spa attendants but special mention to James, Mustafa, Ahmet,……
