Great Place

Communication from Peter was great. Instructions Peter sent were easy to follow. The place was very clean. The location was perfect for skiing Copper and Loveland. Like that is was super close to downtown but not right in the downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoy the stay

The condo itself may not be the most modern, at the same time, it is clean and has everything I need. With a fully stocked kitchen, I was able to cook and enjoy my meals. Bed was very comfortable. It has easy access to shopping and to ski resorts. Owner communicated effectively and timely. For example, the owner informed me when the snow plowing would take place and advised me where to move my car to. He also proactively contacted the housekeeper to secure my tablet after I found out that I had left it in the unit and arranged the date/time for me to pick it up a week later on my way from Winter Park to Snowmass. My recommendation is to upgrade the couch in the living room as they have shown their age.

Nice older condo in good location; no broadcast TV

Like most condos in ski towns, this one is fairly old and showing its age. It's been cared for, and the host was nice and responsive. The outside door lock is tricky (you have to lift up on the key), and unless you have streaming services you can use, there is no access to any broadcast TV networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox), nor can you get widely available networks like ESPN, CNN, MSNBC or even HGTV. Only ROKU-provided "canned" broadcasts are available, except for news which are looped nonstop all day.

Short stay for A Basin skiing

Roomy and simple accommodation, onsite laundry facility has free $5 credit for app which had a handy timer for wash and dryer cycles. Owner was good communicator and friendly.

Great 1BR/1BA unit convenient to EVERYTHING!

This was our 2nd time staying at Peter's Dillon Valley East unit, and it more than meets our needs. As his is an end-unit opposite of I-70, we don't hear any freeway traffic, and overall, the neighborhood gets pretty quiet in the evenings. The location can't be beat for access to all of Summit County, plus Loveland, which I supposed is technically in Clear Creek County. We mostly skied Keystone which was at most a 10 minute drive. The condo itself: Bed is comfortable, plenty of blankets/pillows, the couches are comfortable, the internet/wi-fi is solid, and the water pressure and hot water are fantastic. We also really like his original artwork! I'm sure we'll be back, as it's one of the best lower priced rentals in the area.

Cute Condo

From the beginning to end, our experience staying at Peter's condo was nothing short of amazing. We had an issue with someone parking in our designated spot and Peter took care of the issue within minutes. We would highly recommend staying here. Plus, the bottle of red wine as a welcome gift after the first day of snowboarding was quite a treat!

Our family enjoyed this place very much. The location was very convenient. And the price is fare. It offered pretty much everything we need. The nice club house near by is definitely a big plus. And a free bottle of wine from the owner is such a pleasant gesture. We truly appreciate that.

peter is a most gracious host. never had any trouble communicating with him. the condo is located in a lower middle class neighborhood. i would stay here again because it is worth the money.it was a quiet area except i70.

Great value for 3nite stay

We chose Peter's condo because it was a better price than any of the Summit area hotels (bonus - no cleaning or owner fees!!), and we were more than pleased with our stay. The condo a fully equipped kitchen and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival - a nice touch! The condo complex is older and some of the furniture, rugs, bed linens etc in the condo are pretty worn and there is some freeway noise if you have bedroom window open (didn't bother us since we also have it at home!), but Peter has done a very nice job of making it a clean comfortable getaway for a good price. He is quite the artist also, with beautiful oil paintings throughout. Bed was comfy, big flat screen TV in front room with Xfinity cable, propane grill on deck with nice sunset views are some of the other pluses.

Just what we needed!

My family (two adults, two littles) went skiing for spring break, and Peter's condo was exactly what we needed. Everything you could possibly want was in the kitchen. It's much bigger than a slopeside condo at Breck or Vail. It's safe, and a very quick drive to Loveland, even when the weather is bad. We were able to spend time in Keystone, Frisco, Georgetown, and Dillon with only a short drive, no more than 10 minutes anywhere. We originally booked a place in Georgetown, but we chose Peter's so we could have access to a hot tub and pool for the kids. Be aware that the hot tub closes at 8 pm on a weeknight..we were disappointed after a long day of skiing. It stays open later on the weekends. Peter was amazing...we messed up the keys in the key locks, and he was totally not mad at us. We skied Loveland, ice skated at Keystone, tubed in Frisco, sledded in Frisco, did a mule sleigh ride in Frisco, and rented our gear right in Dillon at Christy Sports. Great trip!!

Good Value

Great location with plenty of skiing within a 20 minute radius (Copper, Brek, Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland and Vail) . Close to supermarket, gas and ski rentals. The condo is a bit outdated but overall comfortable and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The gas BBQ on the porch was clean and great for grilling steaks. Peter, the owner of the condo is good at communicating instructions and keeping you well informed.

Great location, clean, comfortable and awesome views

We decided to try a condo versus a motel for our annual Summit County ski trip. By far much more room and quieter. The hot tub and sauna a perfect way to end after a day of skiing. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable and hope to use again. Owner was prompt with reply’s for any questions. His personal artwork decor was cool. Exactly what we needed and affordable.
