Bedroom two has a Queen size bed with a twin bunk over. Bedroom Three is a private studio suite with efficiency kitchen including cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, coffee maker and counter area, a private bathroom, and Queen size bed. There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit.
Lakeview Condo is located close to the free bus stop and just steps away from the paved path along the shore of Lake Dillon. There is a community hot tub on site.
One designated parking spot is included. Additional paid parking may be found in the town parking lots nearby. Free high speed Wifi. We do not guarantee the hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.
