Property is pet friendly, and we traveled with our dog, so that was one of our biggest selling points. The owner was lovely to work with, and the house was clean, modern and comfortable. 「We’ve stayed at a few condos in the past but Kirk and Melissa’s is my fav! Everything is decorated so beautiful and it was so clean! Having a fridge is always a huge plus! The view from the balcony is lovely! Parking is convenient and it was so quiet! We look forward to staying again! 」

「We had to travel to this area for my daughter’s dance competition and this was the perfect fit for what we needed. It’s located directly next to The Minerals Hotel (a part of Crystal Springs). The place was very clean and had nice updates for an older townhome. You cannot use any part of the mountain creek resort or the minerals resort though, that’s the only downside.」

「The resort is so great and convenient. Walk right out to the mountain for snowboarding. Plenty of space for my two kids. Large tv for entertainment. Reasonable price. Great parking.」

「This house is not clean, despite the fact that we paid a cleaning fee. There were bottles under the beds, open cookies in the drawers of the nightstands, and copious amounts of hair (all parts of the body, if you can use your imagination) all over the house and especially in the bathroom. Neither shower was usable. In the "master," if you want to call that barely able-to-walk-in space a master the diverter didn't work and the water didn't come out of the shower and it couldn't be made into a...

「It was nice, but this unit had a lot of bugs (lady bugs, flies and bees), maybe due to the closeness of the woods. It was neat but not the cleanest at least not to my standards that is.」

「A clean basic stay. Great views, lots of things to do in the village. Nearby restaurants, groceries, etc. Some minor issues re curtains, interior door to balcony did not impact our stay. A great set up if you need multiple stays.」

「We had a nice mini vacation of two nights, it was quiet, & nice view outside window. Heater worked well. Tv worked, kit sink with plates & everything you need if you wanna fry an Egg. Only thing we wish was that the Room was not so far from the Elevator, it was like a Semi-circle walk to our Room, which was too far of a walk for my sr. mom but great Heated Pool & Hot Tub outside during Winter was fun. GerryL was great with Quick responses. Thank you, Gerry, the Manager was very helpful. 」

「Perfect size for a family of 4-6. My husband and I stayed here for a 2-night weekend ski trip. Great location! Walk out unit made it so easy to walk to and from the ski lifts and the heated outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Unit is also short walk to the elevator which made it so convenient to get to the parking garage. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again…with the kids next time. Thank you Gerry for making sure we have everything we need and for easy check-in/check-out!」
