“Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. ”

“I I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Place Keystone. The hotel was extremely clean, which is very important to me since I am highly allergic to dust and very particular about cleanliness. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety to start the day. What really stood out was the staff. “Very spacious condo with great views and easy access to a beautiful trail. We loved spending time here as a family of four and enjoyed preparing and having our meals here. The one issue we had was that the dining area chairs were in poor condition. It also came as a surprise to us that you have to go down the stairs when you enter the entrance. But other than that, this was a great place for a very reasonable price. ”

Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family.”

“Great place right by the lake in Keystone. Easy access to everything. Only 1 parking spot with the unit so if you have more than 1 car it is a long walk from the free parking at the Lodge but this seems to be the standard in Keystone. There may be a bus from the lodge, we didn't check. The unit was small but had everything we needed. We used the pull out bed which was very comfortable and used the kitchen daily. The BBQ Grill was not in working order as there was no propane tank and it seemed……

“Everything was good about the property. But, the only complaint I have is that the TV Xfinity did not work and you could not watch it. They had a smart TV and Hulu and Netflix was not working either. So, wanting to watch TV at night was out.”

“Resort was perfect. Pool and hot tub was excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was plush and the room had a recliner and sofa.”
