“Roaches, ants on both units we stayed in. Scared the craps out of my children. Tu Anh, claimed she s the owner, was super rude. And she said she intalled camera to monitor guess stay. This is against the law and she should be banned. Not recommend to any one.”

“We booked this because we needed somewhere to stay over Christmas to relax and settle for a few weeks. Mistake. 1. The room we booked was not what we got. We chose based on pictures provided and did not choose the basic studio because we did not want it. We were given the basic studio shown in the pictures not the “business” studio we booked. When I mentioned this to the agent (via translator) she said that they have no control over what images are shown. That’s factually untrue and just a cop……

“Remember to stay in contact with your host at least 24 hours in advance other than that you should have a great time staying and then Vihomes Grand Park”

“체크인과 체크아웃 절차는 아주쉽고 호스트와 소통도 잘되었습니다. 객실은 최근에 지은 아파트라 깨끗했지만, 벽에 거미줄이 많았습니다. 그리고, 가구가 거의 부서져서 서랍장이 닫아지지 않을 정도였습니다. 호스트의 세심한 관리가 필요합니다. 침구류는 좋지만, 쾌쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 개선된다면 최고의 숙소가 될것입니다.”

“I couldn't find a pool for this property, but everything else was fantastic. There was no real staff to help you out, other than through WhatsApp, so finding the way inside for the first time was... interesting.”

“Firstly, the location of the property is very good. It’s far enough from the busy city to be quiet and peaceful, but easy to navigate as there are plenty of buses to move around with. The property keeper is best communicated with on Whatssapp. They were very helpful when I requested a second key and the check in process was relatively easy. Plenty of directions were left for use of the facility and appliances. My recommendations: be sure to bring travel adapters and extension cords. Be sure……
