Else, it will create grievances of the guest and conflict with front desk. The seating capacity of restaurant should be expanded especially during large conference/congress.”

“Nice enough hotel. Had to shower three times in drain back up that never got resolved over my stay. Due to that and the property booked an event in the restaurant bar that limited the ability to use included food/bev offers, the daily ”fee” was waived for my stay, which was considerate. ”
