“Had a horrible experience for the 5 night stay, given the hot weather, the AC of the room was not working and with repeatedly raising this with the Hotel staff and Front desk, nothing was done and the 5 days i stayed was without AC in the room, maybe the hotel was fully booked or otherwise, the staff did not do anything to make my stay comfortable in the hot weather. Even asking for water to be topped up in the room was a struggle with multiple calls to the house keeping without any success.……

“There’s a lot to like about the Aulus Lindos, but after a week we left slightly disappointed. The biggest issue is the gap between the luxury ultra all inclusive 5 star image in the marketing and the reality. No single problem was major, but together they created an experience that never matched expectations. “Positives: Clean Spacious House keeping staff - excellent Massage/spa - excellent Good food Drinks were fine We had a room with direct access to pool - excellent Shower pressure brilliant! Beach was brilliant for safe swimming in the sea - there is a small sand beach area but the main beach is stones so advise to take water shoes - it’s very clean and the water is crystal! Negatives: Require a taxi to anywhere other than the Hotel Front desk was a hit or miss with customer service……
