“Clean , beautiful room with a view of the mountain . The grounds were very pretty as well . Cheryl our host was very welcoming and kind . “This is a wonderful place. So Serene, beautiful location along the river Unexpected find in Sedona. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. The breakfasts were truly a culinary feast. Everyday we had something different and delightful. I rated staff a 3 only because I didn't interact with staff at all during our stay. There was no need to.”

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
