「Great stay in a wonderful location! We loved that we were able to walk to Bell Rock which is one of our favorite spots in VOC. Comfortable beds, all the amenities you could need and the shower pressure was amazing especially after a long day of hiking. The internet was the only “issue” we had but may have just been due to the weird weather patterns lately. Beautifully decorated, luxuriously homey and comfortable :) We took full advantage of the onsite amenities including pickleball and hot tubs. However, we specifically looked for a place that had a heated pool so we were very disappointed that even though the description on Vrbo literally said "POOL NOW HEATED", it was NOT .The weather was perfect during our stay and we would've loved to swim so we were upset by the false...

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
