「This hotel is excellent! I didn’t realize it, but it’s not in Sedona, it’s in the Village of Oak Creek. This means the Sedona shuttle won’t pick you up. But wasn’t a big deal, we were able to just drive and park at most trailheads and to downtown Sedona, and was a short walk to Bell Rock. Great room, clean, great pool and hot tub, and the staff were great!」

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
