"We just wrapped up a magical week at this amazing property! We were fortunate to have all four of kids and a son in law with us. The pier is incredible! 285’ into the Gulf! We saw a manatee, several tarpon, and two types of sharks. We also caught snapper, grunt, barracuda and more with cut bait. The pool was immaculate and the house doesn’t disappoint in any way. Plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils for us to stock up and use the fully equipped kitchen. Great week at a great place!"

"I didn't want to leave!! I've been religiously coming to the keys every summer for the past 10 years and every vacation usually by the end of my stay, I'm ready to go home, but this was my first time that I didn't want to leave! By far, my favorite stay! For me and my family it was the perfect location, beautiful property, beautiful views, perfect for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, boating, loved the privacy, everything about it was perfect! Everyone with booking was so kind and always answered any of my questions. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to give my kids the best memories! I can't wait to come back!"

"Beautiful property and Roman and Karen are wonderful hosts. The house is clean and well stocked. The linens and towels are high quality. The pool is perfect and the view is unmatched. We loved the property so much that we never wanted to leave. Roman and Karen are the nicest hosts and available for anything you might need at a moment’s notice. Excellent experience all around."

"Overall, the house was great for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. I think the inside of the house was exactly as pictured and very nice. The outside, however, I would not rave about. Something unspecified in the listing and unknown to us newcomers is that the Florida Keys’ beaches fill with sargassum (a sulfur smelling seaweed) in the summer months. Anytime we went outside, we would nearly throw up from the smell. I messaged the host about this and was told there are sometimes community efforts to clean it but nothing would be done. Also, the pool looked dirty but it was just where the paint had rubbed off on the frequently used parts. If you are looking for a house to stay in, I think the house is great and incredibly nice! If you’re wanting to stay here in summer months to soak in the beachfront part of the house, I don’t think I could completely recommend it."

"We had a great week at this property and ultimately gave it 5 stars because it delivered exactly what we needed: an unbeatable location, beautiful water views, and a convenient home base for exploring the Keys.The biggest strengths are definitely the setting and location. The views are fantastic, and Grassy Key was a great central location for day trips both north and south. We spent most of our time out exploring, on the water, or enjoying the area, so having an affordable waterfront place to return to each evening worked well for our family.As fellow vacation rental hosts, I do think it’s important to set realistic expectations. This is not a luxury property or what many travelers would consider a “5-star experience” home. The house itself is quite basic and could benefit from some updates and repairs. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and amenities were minimal compared to many vacation rentals we have stayed in. If you’re looking for a highly appointed property with premium furnishings, extra touches, and resort-style comforts, this may not be the best fit.That said, if your priorities are location, views, affordability, and having a simple place to sleep between adventures, this property offers good value. It worked well for our family because we were rarely inside, and the waterfront setting was the real highlight of the stay."
