「We had a lovely stay and also met up with family members. Our room was fresh, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We had intended to use the spa facilities and the pool, which looked lovely but we ran out of time unfortunately ! We will return ! From the moment we checked in with the gentleman in Reception, to all staff members we met during our stay, they couldnt have been more welcoming, helpful or efficient. 「The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, the Bullring and a number of eateries. The room was rather basic and small without a water boiler or a fridge. You need to ask the reception to borrow a hairdryer, and they charge you a small fee for luggage storage. Other than that, it was perfect for my one-night stay.」

「Nice clean hotel, very very handy for Birmingham Town Centre. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, venues and tram stops. Loads of places to plug devices in and free wi-fi worked well. Would say the lights were oddly low, so the room was quite dark but not a huge issue. Breakfast was great. I parked at the nearby Q-Park, only a short walk from the hotel, and was able to pre-book so just drove straight there.」

「Close to Converty for shopping, near the train station with walking distance with 3 min. Many bus routes to difference areas around the Converty. Like Warwick castle, Birmingham street, Cannock and etc. The breakfast is delicious. 」
