「Room was very cold ( plastic curtains over large patio door ) water was lukewarm, toilet cistern ran all night . Only 4 UHT milk and one earl grey tea bag !!Charged for parking in The Burford Car Park Area to right of room block on grass was covered in dogs mess !!Shocking place 」

「We had a lovely stay at Hausd in Soho. The room was a real highlight — beautifully designed, very cozy, and exceptionally clean. The location in Chinatown is a major advantage. Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very quiet. We also want to highlight the excellent service: the Hausd team was always available and very responsive. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and communication throughout the stay was clear  and efficient. Overall, it’s a perfect combination...

「The space was good for 4 adults traveling. The beds were comfortable, we liked all the windows and views. Good amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv). Very close to transit which makes the cost 100% worth it. Paying extra for towels and not having any hand soap available was a little strange, but we made it work. 」
