The hotel did find another available accommodation with a different property in another town and drove our party there - however would have to pay all over again, and none of the amenities important to us. "The property is run by a family and you can tell they take pride in their place. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding fresh and of good quality.
Our room was bright and spacious enough and our breakfast was lovely. Lots of attention to detail and some yummy additions such as artisan yoghurt and breads. "
