Some aspects of the unit were very nice and new (like the kitchen) while other aspects were outdated and in need of improvement/replacement (one of the bathroom mirrors, the bedroom/bathroom doors). 「Host didn’t put reservation in with the condo place before we got there so we couldn’t even get to our room. We had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby while on the phone with vrbo care. Vrbo care and the concierge called the host many times with no answer. Finally someone got ahold of him and we were able to get in. LISTING IS NOT ACCURATE! Was advertised to have a king, queen, and twin bed. The king bed was in the bedroom but the so called queen bed was a barely full sized futon in the living...

「Definitely met our needs. Was in a great spot for restaurants and museum. Felt safe in building. Loved sitting on balcony and seeing the activity of downtown. Was in downtown, so not a quiet place, but was ok for us. The area did often smell of marijuana which may bother some people. The only negative is the shower was difficult to guage temperature. Jodie was immediately responsive. Check in was easy.」

「We booked this unit for one night while we were in Atlanta for a concert. The unit was very clean, the building is a bit older so just general wear and tear. Really appreciated the security of the building, that was an extra bonus since I was traveling alone with my teenage daughter. Liked having the extra room instead of a hotel room even for just one night. The water faucet in the bathroom was very hard to turn and didn't seem to have cold water working great. Otherwise it was a great stay....
