「Such a beautiful property! Such a perfect location when staying in Colorado. 100/10 We will be visiting again!」

「Absolutely wonderful resort. We stayed in the Boreas Pass Suite. The room was far more spacious and modern than expected with a huge, private deck that backed to the river (the entire resort is so well kept and manicured). The Snowmelt/Spa area was such a bonus and we had the Steam Sauna, Dry Sauna and Cold plunge all to ourselves, even on the busiest leaf-peeping weekend of the season (Friday, 9/25). They even had suits we could borrow as the Spa, so unexpected. The virtual front office staff...

「It was pretty clean and a place to sleep」

「We loved staying here and already are talking about returning! The cabin was somehow even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Our kids loved exploring the mountain around us, and the adults spent tons of time just relaxing on the spacious deck. Everyone enjoyed watching the stars from the hot tub at night and the view of the sun rising from the hot tub in the crisp mountain air. The host was so helpful as far as replying to messages as we were planning. (We didn’t need anything once we...

「We stayed in the house with our two young boys. They loved the loft space, the hot tub, and feeding the wild turkeys. We all enjoyed eating on the deck surrounded by the beautiful trees. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners, and there were even some board games to play together. It was a peaceful place to stay with everything ready for us. Perfect for our first trip to the mountains!(The road is rough, so take the owners’ advice on the vehicle to bring!)」

「We had our wedding weekend here. It was a great spot to host a large family gathering. We had about 20 and everyone comfortably stayed in the home. It’s kinda warm but the evening mountain air is nice to sleep in. The shots for the wedding were great. THERE IS AN ARCH IN THE ALTER ON THE PROPERTY. Only need to bring flowers to attach. One thing we were unsure of when planning. We enjoyed the space and let us have a fun get together while others were able to sleep. All photos shot at the...

「The house has plenty of room for a big group and every room has space to accommodate. The house felt like a home and the nine of us all enjoyed the time we spent there. We were all women from Texas and we did need ac to cool us down so make sure to take a fan. There were fans in the rooms but it was hot outside and we really didn’t ever cool down inside. Outside patio was so nice to sit in and relax and feel the breeze. I wish the outside of the house was cleaner a lot of cobwebs on windows and...

「Outstanding property and an amazing memory filled vacation. Host was helpful and very responsive.」

「Beautiful property..very clean and spacious...only downfall was the time we visited was very hot in Colorado and cabin isn't air conditioned...so was very warm.」

「This property was beyond our expectations. We had such an amazing time and the home was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. The grandkids loved the playroom! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place that fits a large family. D. Chick」

「When booking this non-refundable room, we were not told that there was no a/c and that the place was under construction. Granted we stayed in the heat of summer and even mountain air didn’t cool off our sunny facing room. We slept with the heavy glass door open with only a magnet screen curtain keeping anyone from entering our room. I have environmental allergies so after only two nights here, I came home with sinus and ear issues. The grounds also are in dire need of attention. I can tell the...
